Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service and related policies and procedures (collectively, the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Strong Suppliers ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing and using strong-suppliers.com and related services (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by and abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Strong Suppliers' Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Product Warranty

All products sold through Strong Suppliers are warranted to be as described and of good quality. We stand behind every item we sell. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it or provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Strong Suppliers or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Strong Suppliers' Service, even if Strong Suppliers or a Strong Suppliers authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Strong Suppliers' Service could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Strong Suppliers does not warrant that any of the materials on the Service are accurate, complete, or current. Strong Suppliers may make changes to the materials contained on the Service at any time without notice.
